“Research is something that everyone can do, and everyone ought to do. It is simply collecting information and thinking systematically about it.” - Raewyn Connell

On Going Project (Collaboration with USERC)

“Development of Device for Emergency Assistance to Vehicles in remote areas of Uttarakhand using IRNSS-NAVIC”

The Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) has initiated a Collaboration project titled "Development of Device for Emergency  Assistance to Vehicles in Remote Areas of Uttarakhand using IRNSS-NAVIC." This project, set  for a duration of  one year,  aims to  enhance vehicle  safety and  emergency  response capabilities in the remote and challenging terrains of Uttarakhand.

Objectives:

  1. Develop a Device: Create a robust and reliable device that uses IRNSS-NAVIC for navigation and emergency assistance.
  2. Enhance Vehicle Safety: Ensure that vehicles in remote areas can send distress signals and receive timely assistance.
  3. Improve Connectivity: Facilitate better communication and navigation in the challenging terrains of Uttarakhand.
